Katrina Williams

Katrina Williams co-owns Wattlebanks Catering with her brother, Rod. Their cafés in Richmond and Orford are popular with visitors and locals, offering exceptional coffee and delicious bites. They also operate food vans and cater for weddings and functions.

Wattlebanks has a commitment to sustainable waste management, and has taken measures to reduce single-use plastic foodware.

Katrina is also the President of the Coal River Valley Tasmania Tourism Association (CRVTTA), a volunteer organisation made up of passionate business owners to promote the region's produce, tourism and hospitality offerings.

Katrina's presentation will outline the work of the CRVTTA and how the upcoming Crave Harvest Festival, now in its second year, is helping to showcase what the region has to offer.

Laura Davidson

Laura has been an integral part of Nocton Vineyard for the past four years, bringing passion, knowledge, and a warm welcome to every guest.
